Shopping Policy
Our aim is to ship every purchase within 48 hours of receiving the order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
Shipping within India is a complementary service. For international delivery the shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and the destination address.
Please note you at the time of order creation you are clearing the freight charge only custom clearance if any will have to be borne by you or the recipient of the package.
For Shipping within India, please allow 5 to 6 working days for delivery and for international delivery please allow 8 to 10 working days.

If you have a registered account with us check the status of your orders under My Account. Click on your order number for complete details, including the tracking number here you can follow the progress of shipments.
All Courier companies make 2 delivery attempts only. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and Shibori has no liability for the same. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as we are intimated by our courier agency.
In case the package is sent back to us Shibori is not liable to clear and accept the package. So, we request you to receive the package and make all the details available for smooth delivery. After dispatch of your courier from Shibori.com, if any update in the address given by you at the time of order placement, will charge you extra according to courier company policy. If you have any questions about our Shipping Policy, we'll do our best to answer them.
